Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Immunology Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The Assistant to Full Member in Immunology leads independent scientific research in key areas, employing innovative and creative strategies to address research challenges. This work often results in new concepts, discoveries, and the development of novel methods and techniques, opening up new avenues for exploration. The role includes providing leadership within the organization, collaborating with other scientific institutions, and contributing to the broader scientific community. Additionally, the position requires consistently securing and maintaining peer-reviewed funding to support the organization's research projects.Salary range is $154,231-$303,096 which includes a comprehensive benefits package Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
Doctoral degree in an appropriate scientific or clinical-based discipline and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in an applicable scientific or clinical research environment.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have potential to develop and maintain an outstanding independent research program within the Immunology department.
