The Lease Coordinator is a member of United Pacific's Asset Management team performing a variety of real estate related administrative support functions for a portfolio of convenience stores and service stations throughout the western U.S., including CA, CO, KS, MO, NM, OR and WA. The Lease Coordinator works closely with the Lease Administrator to support all lease administration functions ensuring compliance and documentation for over 600 payable leases and 100 subtenant leases. The Lease Coordinator performs other duties and projects, as assigned, in support of company and department goals. This position reports to the Lease Administrator.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Manage hardcopy and electronic communications.

· Maintain lease documentation tracking

· Maintain lease database (Axxerion) as directed

· Monitor insurance tracking, responding to inquiries and requests

· Input invoices and purchase orders into database, track approvals

· Assist Lease Administrator with related administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

· Report and track work requests with facilities group

· Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries and maintenance requests, coordinating response with facilities group.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Two to four years' administrative experience in an asset management or property management office is strongly preferred. Administrative experience in another business area outside of asset or property management may be substituted.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills
  • Proficiency in the full MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
