Summary

The Sr. Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support and ensuring that the KPIs align with our strategy and forecasts. This role supports critical business operations by bridging safety, quality, and operational performance to meet and exceed objectives through the following duties:

In this role, you will
  • Develop and lead the creation of KPIs and a metrics dashboard to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and consistent analysis of financial and operational metrics to highlight trends, performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support operations leadership with business analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other functional areas to align KPIs with strategy and forecasts.
  • Deliver KPI goals and updates, explaining and resolving issues with data tracking.
  • Facilitate management reviews using presentations to support continuous improvement projects and identify operational inhibitors.
  • Support strategic project schedules by coordinating with cross-functional teams and tracking deliverables.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain reporting tools and databases to provide insights into daily operations.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
  • Four to ten years of operations experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

 Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $75,700.00 up to $108,100.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
