Summary

The Senior Sales Performance Manager is responsible for optimizing sales performance across multiple regions and refining commission and incentive structures. This role involves strategic planning, advanced sales analysis, and high-level management of territory and commission managers. It supports critical business operations by coordinating efforts between sales, business intelligence, legal, and payroll to meet and exceed objectives.

In this role, you will
  • Oversee various sales performance functions such as territory management, commission and incentive management, and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective sales performance processes and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies for assigned territories, conducting market analysis and managing territory allocation to maximize coverage.
  • Design, implement, and manage commission plans, regularly optimizing structures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Communicate plans and policies to sales leadership.
  • Accurately calculate and process commission payments on time, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with finance and payroll for seamless integration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, territory performance, and commission expenses. Prepare reports for senior management and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage incentive compensation programs, aligning them with business goals and collaborating with HR, sales, and finance to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market leadership, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques, quantitative analysis, and familiarity with business mathematical concepts. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in data analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with data warehousing, ERP, and SQL is beneficial.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university  in Sales Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics. 
  • Minimum of 5 or more years related experience in compensation management with a focus on commission compensation
  • Certifications in relevant areas can enhance your credentials. Examples include certifications in business intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI), project management (e.g., PMP), or data analysis (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional)

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.  The salary generally starts at $104,700.00 up to $149,600.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
