SummaryThe Senior Manager of Pricing, Inventory & Replenishment will drive a culture of efficient goal achievement within a center of excellence, collaborating with leaders, customers, and suppliers to build strong partnerships. This role leads and coaches a high-performing team responsible for supporting essential operations across National & Strategic Accounts, Finance, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, and supplier partners to meet and exceed business objectives.
In this role, you will- Lead, develop and mentor team members establishing a center of excellence to accomplish deliverables in a timely manner and achieve goals efficiently
- Engage with relevant internal partners including Chain Leads, VPs, Demand Planning, IT, Finance, Category Services, and others to educate on NASA ways of working, collaborate on projects, and plan effectively to drive business forward and achieve RNDC goals.
- Connect with IT and other key departments and associates throughout the company to ensure reports and actiities are automated where possible.
- Drive high in-stock levels and improve supply chain management through enhanced engagement with replenishment teams.
- Support business reviews and planning meetings such as Annual Business Planning, Power of 12 Updates, monthly review meetings, QBRs, TTTs, RFPs, and brand meetings by providing thought leadership, presenting information, discussing chain issues, and giving chain status updates.
- Maintain temporary inventory tools for utilization of all teams to manage aged inventory, voids, instocks, & distinctive labels. Prioritize supporting the build out of permanent self-service tools and work collaboratively to ensure best-in-class reporting solutions.
- Develop relationships with Buyers, their executive team, and their support teams (replenishment, pricing, item setup, etc.) to further promote how RNDC is an added value to the chain.
- Partner with Finance to increase transparency and establish ways of working for greater collaboration and process improvements between the Finance and NASA teams. Elevate NASA Analyst's knowledge of Net Revenue Management and ensure that the importance of NRM is considered appropriately in data analysys.
- Educate and advocate for NASA in the buildout of future RNDC technology by partnering with relevant parties. Ensure new platforms adhere to NASA requirements and collaborate in planningm testing & training sessions.
- Ensure team's expedited resolution of challenges in the areas of pricing and delivery, providing dierction and insights for complicated and sensitive issues.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in inventory and pricing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in related areas.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating multi-source data into actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data analytics to overall business goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power Query, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to maintain data integrity while adhering to legal requirements.
- Minimal travel required, under 5%.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $138,400.00 up to $197,800.00. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
