Summary

The Portfolio Coordinator will be responsible for delivering mutually beneficial results for RNDC, our customers, and our supplier partners. They will manage inventory and communicate with the sales organization, supporting critical business operations between Sales Operations, Supplier Excellence & Growth, and Commercial Sales to meet and exceed objectives by performing the following duties.

In this role, you will
  • Work with assigned suppliers to create accurate forecasts to support organizational goals.
  • Complete regular aged inventory analysis and develop plans to address issues and concerns with state leaders.
  • Work directly with suppliers to assist with new item setup initiations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and demand planning to optimize inventory levels and forecast accuracy.
  • Assist in basic auditing and analysis of market activity to ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
  • Provide basic analysis of brands for sales and profit opportunities, identify potential growth suppliers, and phase out underperforming brands at a foundational level.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support basic communication among RNDC teams, including state-level sales, national accounts, and supply chain.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sales, or Finance.
  • One to three or more years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Microsoft Office, Salesforce Goals, Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Pocket Advantage, and ERPs required.
  • Minimal travel required.

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.  The salary generally starts at $45,200.00 up to $64,600.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
