SummaryRNDC is looking for an outgoing and self-motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team. RNDC's number one strategic objective is to lead in digital sales and marketing capabilities, by increasing eCommerce adoption on eRNDC. The eRNDC Sales specialist will be responsible for significantly accelerating RNDC's eCommerce activation and customer ordering while helping to expand the local market teams experience and comfort with eRNDC.
In this role, you will- Possess a deep working knowledge on all current digital enablement capabilities including eRNDC, CRM functionality, and eCommerce activation; be a field Subject Matter Expert.
- Be able to articulate the practical benefits of doing business on eRNDC platform to customers.
- “Activate” a targeted list of potential eRNDC customers and manage the customer activation process from initial contact to having the customer place their first order.
- Engage with and advise commercial leaders and field teams to assist in activating accounts.
- Collaborate with commercial teams post-visit and update them on relevant information.
- Schedule follow-up visits as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years' experience in beverage alcohol distribution industry.
- Have an understanding of B2B commerce and commercial sales processes (eRNDC, GreatVines, etc.).
- Must have strong knowledge of change management and communication skills across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Needs to be proficient in MS Office. Wine and spirit category knowledge, demonstrate ability to influence peers, knowledge of social monitoring tools, Google Analytics, CMA and DAM and needs a solution-based mindset and positive attitude.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at 59,800.00 up to 85,400.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
