SummaryThe Data Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Master Data Management (MDM) system by ensuring the accurate and complete setup of new items. This position involves gathering data from local markets, processing forms in MDM, and notifying relevant departments upon item readiness. The incumbent will adhere to approval processes and maintain data quality standards. As part of a dynamic team supporting new item creation, the Data Coordinator will contribute to business growth while ensuring compliance with registration requirements. Responsibilities also include updating forms, data cleanup, and related item management tasks.
In this role, you will- Gather data from local markets and input new items into the MDM system to facilitate availability in state-specific ERPs.
- Process new items in MDM to ensure seamless integration into local ERPs.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure timely and accurate setup of items.
- Periodically update local market new item forms as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevancy.
- Ensure new items comply with state regulations and requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on new items and potential retired items as directed by management.
- Ensure new items undergo thorough vetting and approval in line with company standards before setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement within the new item setup process.
- Assist in training team members on new processes or system updates related to item management.
- Maintain documentation and records related to new item setup and management processes.
- Highschool Diploma
- One or more years related experience
- One or more years related experience in alcohol beverage industry preferred;
- Previous experience with ERP (Alpha, ASW, Oracle, etc.) data integrity management and MDM data entry preferred.

- Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
