RVCC is hiring an Interim-Director of Outpatient Services for our Holyoke Outpatient Clinic! Position Overview: The Interim-Director of Outpatient Services for our Holyoke Clinic will be responsible for supporting, establishing and achieving goals and objectives for their assigned clinic in alignment with RVCC#s mission. The role requires strong leadership, effective supervision, and management of clinic staff, along with ensuring that services meet the evolving needs of clients. This position involves overseeing program operations, managing budgets, developing new services, and maintaining high-quality care. The Interim-Director of Outpatient Services#will collaborate with other departments, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervision # Staff Development: Lead the recruitment, training, evaluation, and supervision of clinic staff. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide guidance and support for professional development. Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and ongoing improvement of programs. Set and achieve goals and objectives consistent with RVCC#s broader goals and advances in treatment or advocacy. Budget # Financial Management: Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively in alignment with goals. Collaboration # Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, affiliated organizations, and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Compliance # Reporting: Monitor and report program activities, ensuring compliance with RVCC policies, regulations, and contractual requirements. Collect relevant data to reflect program performance. Marketing # Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team#to market RVCC services, maintaining communication with state, federal, and community resources. Quality Improvement: Participate in RVCC#s continuous quality improvement process, integrating findings into practice to improve services. On-Call Rotation: Serve as Administrator on Call in rotation with other management personnel, ensuring continuous oversight. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master#s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related health or human services field. Licenses/Registrations:#Must be independently Licensed - LMHC, LICSW or Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in health or human services, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Skills # Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated experience in program management and team leadership. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices. Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
