Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Senior HR Coordinator in one of Winnipeg's largest Human Resources departments.  This position is responsible for providing a full spectrum of human resources services to an assigned business unit in the areas of administration of Human Resources programs, responding to employee and manager inquiries, and job posting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to managers and employees on routine HR administration inquiries
  • Review HR transactions completed by managers and employees in Workday such as job requisitions, job offers, job changes, personal employee changes
  • Troubleshoot routine, frontline Workday issues; follow up on outstanding transactions
  • Support the recruitment function by posting jobs on various job boards
  • Conduct employee orientations, and track probationary review completion
  • Support campus recruitment activities such as administering one-way interviews, tracking of interviews and offers

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 – 3 years human resources administration experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems is required
  • Superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible hours and overtime will be required during peak periods
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset
