The position of Program Support Specialist will be based out of our Wauwatosa, WI location!

Summary

The Program Support Specialist is responsible for the management of order processing of Medical Devices for a high volume, high velocity global medical device Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The applicant will also provide general program support for a fast-paced medical device manufacturing team.


What You'll Do

  • Execute production processes for assembly or production of Medical Devices
  • Robust and accurate record keeping required for ISO-13485
  • Collaborate in creating process designs/approaches for new processes/fulfillment methods
  • Support management with Medical Device quality requirements, particularly with regard to documentation and records
  • Be the main technical resource for account team
  • Identify areas for improvement, suggest solutions, submit ideas, and execute on implementation
  • Coordinate a flexible kan-ban system to meet just-in-time (JIT) customer demands with little forecast
  • Assist teammates at peak times throughout the fiscal year. This will include physical warehouse, light kitting and inspection duties
  • Establish a key role and partnership with management
  • Independently manage the daily order processing and physical kitting & fulfilment for high velocity OEM customer
  • Perform end-to-end computer/server integration task including preload OS and Specified customer applications
  • Mechanical integration & assembly of large computer/service into rolling cabinets
  • 2 years of production process experience

What You'll Need

  • High School or GED    
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Preferred        
  • 3+ years of technical process experience preferred
  • Track record of independent process ownership in a fast-paced, customer oriented business setting
  • Process experience in a Quality Control setting (ISO preferred)


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills required. Ability to troubleshoot computer systems, connections and setup
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skillset for troubleshooting technical processes
  • Ability to use material handling equipment in a lab setting for moving servers and cabinets
