The position of Finance Leadership Program will be based out of our Dallas TX, location!

Summary
The Finance Leadership Program is a two-year intensive training and development program that provides graduates a fast-track opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business finance within the Electrical Distribution industry. Accomplished through a series of diverse assignments, projects, and classroom trainings. All assignments are a value-add for the business and developmental for the individual. Successful completion should lead to permanent placement in one of several career paths. Career paths include Finance, Operations, and other Functional areas. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Complete various rotations in the following disciplines: Financial Planning and Analysis, Operations Finance, Commercial Finance, and Functional areas
  • Perform various financial analysis and work on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Work closely with designated rotational Managers to provide financial support on various projects and activities
  • Complete two annual projects which include identifying and solving a business need within the organization that will be presented to Executive Management at the end of the program
  • Attend finance classes during the leadership rotation to learn key concepts related to Electrical Distribution
  • Train Finance Leadership Program successors so they are up to speed on tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide documentation that supports any processes or tasks necessary to complete the Finance Leadership rotation
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation
  • Multiple relocations are required both to complete the program as well as to achieve career success
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
