Sr. HR Specialist
The Sr. HR Specialist provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution.
As a ResultsCX Sr. HR Specialist, you will be supporting all ResultsCX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, ResultsCX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents.
Sr. HR Specialists will support the resolution of highly complex incidents. With increased proficiency levels, Senior HR specialists possess the credibility and confidence to train ResultsCX Customers as required and assist on updating HR Manuals to maintain current operating procedures and best practices.
In addition to assisting customers, Sr. HR Specialists may also perform clerical support tasks such as filing and organizing documents, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records in adherence to the company's policies and regulations. HR Specialists may possess proficiency or higher-level skillsets acquired through different certifications or training as part of their scope.
In this role you will:- Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1, 2, and 3 Items as defined in the following PSC Task Matrix.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years in HR Support Role.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
- Associates degree in Business or Human Resources disciplines.
- Experience working in a contact center environment.
- Experience providing administrative and general HR support.
- Working knowledge of global HR discipline and practices.
