ResultsCX Ireland are looking for an IT Site Administrator to work as a member of the IT Support Team. You will be working from the company's Cork headquarters to support its IT infrastructure and remote workforce.

In this role you will:
  • Set up and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications for the company.
  • Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems, and diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
  • Provide support to remote staff and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Perform the IT Equipment logistics role, handling the sending and receiving of remote employee equipment via international courier.
  • Manage the IT inventory via an Asset Management System to ensure IT equipment stock levels are maintained
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Relevant qualification in IT related subject or 1-2 years' experience in IT support

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11 & Windows Server).
  • Knowledge of M365 suite of products including Intune.
  • This role will provide plenty of variety and give you the opportunity to develop into a more senior technical support role
