HR Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide friendly and helpful support to end-users, addressing inquiries, offering information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate resources for resolution. Your ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain professionalism will be key to your success.
In this role you will:
· Provide assistance to employees by answering questions and offering guidance on HR-related matters.
· Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department or resource for resolution.
· Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and coordinating with staff.
· Maintain accurate records in adherence to company policies and regulations.
· Support general HR administrative functions as needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
Required Education and Experience:
· MBA in HR or Equivalent
· At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role.
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
· Completion of college coursework in Business or Human Resources.
· Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
· Proven ability to provide administrative and general HR support.
· Exposure to payroll processes in a BPO setting.
