Position Overview
ResultsCX is seeking a results-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer to help drive innovation in our SupportPredict SaaS product suite. Our teams are small, collaborative, and forward-thinking, dedicated to reimagining the digital customer journey. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain software applications while collaborating across teams to create impactful solutions.
In this role you will:- Be a strong communicator, able to collaborate with internal and external development teams.
- Make informed decisions to solve complex technical challenges related to coding and infrastructure.
- Demonstrate expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js and TypeScript) and Python for serverless solutions, webhooks, and general backend development.
- Work with both frontend and backend frameworks.
- Use advanced Git/GitHub skills (e.g., safe rollbacks, rebase, cherry-pick).
- Leverage AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other serverless tools).
- Apply software design principles (e.g., SOLID) in development.
- Have experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Have experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
- Show fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Thrive in a remote work environment.
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and tools (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and queue systems (e.g., AWS SQS, SNS, or RabbitMQ).
- Leadership experience with a proactive attitude.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field.
