Customer Service Agent - Plovdiv Office based

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents, Plovdiv Office based to join our team.
- Guide web sale customers through the process of installing and testing their new alarm
system - Remotely program alarm equipment installed in a customer's home
- Assess calls from customers who are testing their alarms for clarity of speech and the
pendant battery's strength - Guide customers through basic troubleshooting checks on alarm equipment and GPS
enabled wearable devices to assess faults, where appropriate pass information through
to the UK based customer services department - Monitor automatic signals from alarms and taking action to resolve power or battery
issues - Accurately record details of all calls received and made using CRM system and other
databases - Check during each call that the customer record is complete, relevant, and up to date.
- Enter data into the relevant systems and creating/updating accounts
- Very good level of English - C1 level
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach
- Well-developed customer orientation skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Very competitive gross salary - 1800 during probation and 2000 after completing the probation
- Up to 100 BGN gross bonus
