We are looking for Retail Associates to join our non-voice team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and requests via email and chat, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting back-office operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Successful candidates must live within a reasonable distance from our Bengaluru office in Kadubeesanahalli, Marathahalli.

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and order statuses.
• Assisting customers with order processing, cancellations, and returns
• Handling customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the system.
• Supporting back-office operations such as data entry, report generation, and order management.
• Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2 level).
• 0-24 months of experience in a contact center or back-office role (freshers are welcome).
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Amenable to work full-time, in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work from the office in Bangalore
