Reporting to the Nurse Manager,the staff RN performs professional role functions in accordance with scope ofpractice and professional standards, including demonstrating the knowledge andability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards andaccreditation / regulatory standards, scope of practice for LVN and all othernursing personnel e.g. unlicensed assistive personnel. The RNdemonstrates the ability to assess their own professional role performance,current knowledge of theory and principles related to discipline specificpractice, and the ability to use a population based approach to determinepatient needs.
* All Flexible Schedule II employees will work two (2) shifts in a pay period. Unit needs may warrant more frequent use.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
2. Current CPR certificate required.
3. ACLS certification preferred upon hire, required within 3 months of hire forexperienced RN's. New grad RN's ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
4. Recent appropriate nursing practice (within past 4 years), or evidence ofnursing refresher courses preferred.
*Minimum of one year experience preferred
Compensation Information:
$65.0 / hourly - $65.0 / hourly
Starting At: 65.0 hourly
Up To: 65.0 hourly
