Reporting to the Quality Data Analyst Manager, thisposition provides support in managing and coordinating activities surroundingmanagement of data in the quality and patient safety/risk management areas.This position supports hospital in the management of performance improvement,patient safety, and error reduction activities. Additionally, this positionperforms special projects as assigned by the director and/or supervisor.

Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field preferred.
2. CPHQ Certification, preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse management.
4. Two or more years of experience performing quality and patient safety related clinical audits and data abstraction preferred. Must have intermediate level quantitative and analytical skills.
5. Intermediate level of Excel, DAX Power BI, SQL, Word and PowerPoint required.
6. Able to operate at an intermediate level clinical data management and healthcare analytics applications.
7. Able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
8. THIS POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE.

Compensation Information:
$36.47 / hourly - $36.47 / hourly
