Description
Reporting to the Director of Home Health this positionadministers Occupational Therapy activities and techniques as directed by aRegistered Occupational Therapist in a manner to assist in the rehabilitationof people with functional disabilities and impairments. Included is the abilityto properly receive orders, review medical records and administer therapy. Theposition involves effective documentation and communication of medicalinformation .

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
1. Associates degree from an accredited program or job-related vocational training.
2. One-yearclinical experience preferred
3. One-yearHome Health experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
1. Current California O.T.A. license required.
2. Current American Heart Association BLS required.
3. ValidCA Driver's License required
4. Automobilewith current registration and insurance required
Compensation Information:
$27.71 / hourly - $40.18 / hourly
