Certification Details
• Drivers License/State ID required.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred for certain placements.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for certain positions.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for certain positions.
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy Certification required for Hemotology/Oncology.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course preferred for certain positions.
• Various certifications required or preferred for specific technical positions.

Job Details
• Performs diagnostic and/or therapeutic quality imaging procedures for patient care population.
• Participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Proactively supports the efforts to ensure the delivery of patient care and services.
• Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operates modality-specific technical equipment related to patient care imaging.
• Assists with equipment and room setup for appropriate patient age and size.
• Appropriately preps and drapes patients while setting up procedure tables.
• Assists physicians as a scrub technician during interventional procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-specific care to patients needs.
• Acquires and maintains technical skills required to function completely and assist in a variety of IR procedures.
• Selects radiographic factors to maintain established department standards of performance.
• Maintains technical skills required to function completely and assist in a variety of interventional radiography procedures.

Job Requirements
• 1 year of experience in interventional and/or cath lab in hospital or clinic setting.
• ARRT - Radiography.
• CA Radiologic Technologist license (must be in-hand upon submittal).
• Fluoroscopy Permit (must be in-hand upon submittal).
• BLS (AHA).
• H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in sterile technique and working knowledge of various supplies and equipment in the interventional and/or cath lab procedure setting.

Schedule Information
• 4x10 Days, Mon-Fri.
• Call Requirements: Weekend (Sat and Sun) call rotation, 24/7 -- Pick up at least 1 weekend (Sat and Sun) per month.

Additional Details
• Valid photo ID required on the first day.
• Traveler must bring required certifications on the first day.
