Senior Product Manager, Research & Strategy

  Things You'll Do
  • Develop product requirements and identify key success metrics
  • Collaborate with product team members and partners to define a product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to increase product adoption Speak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedbackPerform market landscape and competitor analysisPartner with our user experience designers to achieve solutionsCollaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinkingWork with your engineering team and dependent teams to successfully launch high usage productsCommunicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders
  What We're Looking for on Your Resume
  • Associates, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or technology preferred
  • 4-8 years of PM work experience
  • Worked on a customer-facing product - mobile experience is a bonus
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a teamSelf-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding/interest in the SaaS technology field

  • Strategy and Research focuses on building products for Research Practitioners, Marketers and Designers to uncover market trends, track changing behaviors, and identify unmet needs with a single platform. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a market-leading purpose-built qualitative and quantitative research products that provide true differentiation with a focus in advanced research solutions like conjoint/maxdiff and qualitative research tools like UX Testing, Video Feedback and In Depth Interviews.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $130,500—$238,000 USD
