WHAT YOU WILL DO:
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily:

  • Oversee and coordinate local supply chain activities.
  • Assist with development and implementation of S&OP process
  • Conducts inventory report audits.
  • Ensure communication with other departments to ensure products are shipped timely.
  • Own supply chain ERP processes and process automation and implementation.
  • Assist with and ensure proper integration for TMS and WMS solutions on Kieler site.
  • Represent supply chain on Kieler site leadership team.
  • Employee training.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent (“GED”).
  • 3 years of supply chain-related experience (eg, customer service, logistics, warehouse, etc).
  • 3 years of supervisory experience or progressive supply chain experience.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of hazardous material storage and shipping
  • 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, D365 experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A desire to serve customers through accurate and efficient supply chain practices


OUR ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily a warehouse environment. Occasionally working with physical demands such ascontinuously lifting/moving materials from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/movingmaterials greater than 50 pounds. Potential exposure to any number of elements requiringPersonal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) is highly likely.
