WHO YOU ARE:

Are you an experienced recruitment leader with a passion for talent acquisition and team management? We are seeking a Recruiting Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of Talent Acquisition (“TA”) Hiring Coordinators across a large geographic territory. In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts, implement innovative sourcing strategies, ensure the execution of formal hiring processes, and ensure that hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires extensive travel (50-70%) to provide on-the-ground support, build strong relationships, and drive recruitment success. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Recruiting Supervisor will directly supervise a team of Hiring Coordinators responsible for the recruitment and hiring of team members in an assigned geographic area. Your primary focus will be the leadership and compliance of your team. Job duties include:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of TA Hiring Coordinators, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve recruitment goals and ensure a high standard of service across the territory.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs within assigned territories, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various high-volume positions.
  • Performance Management: Set performance expectations for TA Hiring Coordinators, conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development and growth.
  • Travel and Field Support: Travel extensively to various locations within the territory to support Hiring Coordinators, conduct site visits, conduct hiring process audits, attend hiring events, and build relationships with local teams and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency, identify trends, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and operations partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate recruitment processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and candidate quality providing recommendations for improvement to your direct leadership team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with field managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, partner on solutions, and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding the organization's employer brand.
  • Special Projects: Other special projects, direct recruitment assignments, and job duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid and active US Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
  • Proficient in HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2 or more years of experience hiring high-volume hourly staff.
  • At least one year of experience leading a team.
  • Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment efforts across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish & English).
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certifications.
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be based out of your home office with travel to field hiring offices with a traditional office setting AND/OR in a Food Production Plant that includes hot/cold, wet/dry environments requiring the use of PPE. This position will also require some travel to support the grassroots recruiting activity with networking efforts within the community (requires driving to multiple plants, hiring offices, job fairs, and networking opportunities within the market you support).
