Job Details
• Position: ICU RN
• Start date: ASAP
• Years of experience REQ: 2 year minimum
• First-timers accepted: Yes.
• Weekend REQ: Yes, EOW.
• Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS required, NIH preferred
• Is on-call REQ? No.
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Not at this time.
• Pending License accepted: Yes, but they would like quick starts.
• RTO Restrictions: None, prefer to keep it under 7 days.
• Special Equipment: Ventilators, Impella, IABP, internal thermoregulation, temporary pacemakers, etc.
• Patient diagnoses: we run open heart program with 1-3 patients per weekday. We take cath lab patients s/p TAVR, watchman, stenting, etc. In addition to procedural/surgical patients, we care for all general ICU patients (sepsis, respiratory failure, DKA, GIB, COVID).
• Avg Daily Census: 18-19
• Rooms: 21
• Beds: 21

Job Requirements
• 2-year minimum ICU experience
• Flexibility to float between various like units within skill set
• Travelers must reside over 50 miles away from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract

• Weekend Requirement: Yes, EOW
• Floating is required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set

• Manager/Unit: MEDSURG ICU 1st FLR
• Unit Details: ICU RN supporting open heart program, cath lab patients, procedural/surgical patients, and general ICU patients
