• Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg
• PCU – Gen 8 Acute
• Start date: Every Other week on Tuesdays
• Ratios: 1:4 all shifts
• Years of experience REQ: 1 year
• First-timers accepted: No
• Weekend REQ: Yes – every other
• Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
• Is on-call REQ? No
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
• Open to accommodating block schedule? No
• Locals accepted: No (No local travelers 50 miles or less)
• Pending License accepted: No
• RTO Restrictions: Greater than 3 days will require Management approval
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hour with the possibility of picking up an extra shift each week if available
• Special Requirements: Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics, Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, MS, Seizures, Myasthenia gravis, Other neurological issues, Craniotomies, Brain masses, Special Procedures/Unit Details: LP's, Work Setting: Telemetry and High flow Required, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias, IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Peripheral Line Care/Management, Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA and Pre/Post neurosurgery, Respiratory/Thoracic: Nasal Cannula and Non-invasive airway management, Computerized Charting: EPIC, Required, Teaching Hospital Experience required

Schedule Information

• 36 hours a week with possible extra shifts
