ProHealth Care is seeking a Supervisor of Occupational Health & Employee Health Services to oversee clinical and operational processes across multiple locations. This role is essential in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce through effective program development, compliance, and team leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee occupational health services, including acute and chronic care management, health screenings, and surveillance programs.
- Collaborate with leaders, advanced practice providers, physicians, and staff to develop and enhance wellness programs and operational processes.
- Manage and mentor clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and service excellence.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, infection prevention protocols, and vaccination guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new hires while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Drive performance improvement by developing and implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll (Kronos), and compliance with licensure, certifications, and health requirements.
- Maintain survey readiness and ensure adherence to ProHealth Care policies and industry best practices.
- Serve as a consultant and mentor, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and managing employee performance concerns.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: Associate Degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in support services such as scheduling, clinical billing, workers' compensation, claims management, and revenue cycle processes.
- Preferred Experience: Occupational health, employee health, primary care, or related fields, along with experience in Epic, Systoc, and Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR).
- Certifications: Clinicians must be board-certified within 3 years of hire, if applicable. Additional certifications in medical billing, customer service, or healthcare administration are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records (Epic), and data analysis tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive process improvements and function as a change agent.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between locations and participate in an on-call rotation.
