Schedule Details: Business hours. Professional Office Building at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and other satellite locations as determined.
What You Will Do:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, employing effective techniques aligned with the physician's directives and patient goals. A thorough reviewer of patient medical records, you'll conduct diagnostic assessments to inform treatment plans and provide timely emergency interventions when necessary.
Your role involves evaluating treatment efficacy and patient progress, contributing to the refinement of treatment strategies. You'll spend 80% of your time engaged in clinical practice, nurturing face-to-face interactions with patients and families, while allocating 20% to essential administrative tasks and maintaining important external connections.
Accurate and efficient documentation is crucial, and you'll ensure all records are completed promptly. Adherence to state regulations regarding supervision is imperative, and the ability to provide supervision for master's degree students is desirable.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital in this role, facilitating collaboration and successful outcomes for patients. Requirements:
LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
2+ years' experience
Experience with Child & Adolescent therapy
