ProHealth Care is seeking an experienced and driven leader to step into the critical role of Manager of Patient Safety & Regulatory Compliance—a key position influencing care quality across our inpatient and ambulatory sites.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager of Patient Safety and Regulatory Compliance, you will lead system-wide strategies that elevate patient safety, ensure regulatory excellence, and proactively manage infection prevention efforts across ProHealth Care.

You'll work with a highly engaged team and partner closely with frontline staff, leaders, and providers to:

  • Champion Patient Safety:
Drive robust safety systems aligned with The Joint Commission (TJC) National Patient Safety Goals. Lead root cause analyses (RCA), proactive risk assessments, and support Just Culture practices throughout the organization.

  • Lead and Inspire Teams:
Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Patient Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, and Regulatory Compliance teams. Guide hiring, development, and performance management within your department.

  • Ensure Compliance & Readiness:
Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements. Develop and communicate corrective actions, policies, and procedures to maintain a survey-ready environment.

  • Drive Learning and Improvement:
Lead investigations into safety events, facilitate learnings, and present findings to leadership committees. Share insights across the system to prevent recurrence and build organizational resilience.

  • Leverage Data for Results:
Use safety event reporting and clinical data to uncover trends, target improvements, and implement evidence-based actions that reduce clinical risk.

Schedule Details: 8:00-4:30, Monday- Friday with flexibility as needed.  What You'll Bring:
  • Credentials & Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred or required within 5 years.

  • Experience:

    • 5–10 years in clinical care (nursing or allied health).

    • At least 5 years in quality, safety, or risk management roles.

  • Leadership & Communication:

    • Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all levels—from front line to executives and medical staff.

    • Adept at navigating emotionally sensitive situations, handling confidential data with discretion, and balancing clinical insight with operational savvy.
