The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) will assist in designing and implementing creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs. As a recruiting subject matter expert they will consult with Strategic HR Business Advisors and Hiring Managers to navigate the complexities of the recruiting process. The Recruiter is responsible for filling simultaneous requisitions utilizing active and passive candidate sourcing techniques. They are also expected to build student and university relations, as well as contribute to social media recruiting content to promote ProHealth Care as an employer of choice. This recruiter will manage the full life cycle from position posted to candidate start, with an average of 40 - 50 requisitions, based on current recruitment volumes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. Will consider commiserate education and experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least two years, with four or more preferred experiences in full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.
  • Corporate recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking system software is required. SuccessFactors experience a plus.
  • ​Proven ability to develop and execute a recruitment strategy and proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple recruiting assignments in an effective manner.
  • Working knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines.
  • Ability to set aggressive targets and meet them while balancing both business and candidate needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with others.
