Clinical Support Associate II – Endocrinology (As Needed)

ProHealth Care is seeking a clinical support associate/ Medical Assistant / EMT/ LPN to join our endocrinology team at the Waukesha South Clinic on an as-needed basis, covering vacations and call-ins. What you'll do:
- Assist providers with patient care, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and documenting medical histories
- Support endocrinology-specific procedures, including diabetes education and medication management
- Administer injections, assist with blood draws, and handle specimen collection
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth clinic workflow
- Work alongside a team of dedicated providers and specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred; endocrinology experience a plus
- CMA, RMA, LPN, or EMT certification preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a patient-first mindset
