Clinic RN – Allergy & Immunology - Part Time
Location: Hartland, Brookfield, and Big Bend Road Clinics
Schedule:
- Monday: Hartland Clinic (7:15 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Tuesday: Brookfield Clinic (7:15 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Wednesday: Big Bend Road Clinic (7:15 AM – 4:30 PM)
About the Role: ProHealth Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic RN to join our Allergy & Immunology team. As part of the Specialty Department, you will work closely with our experienced physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care across multiple locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on patients dealing with a variety of allergic and immunologic conditions, including managing food and medication challenges within the allergy department.
You'll enjoy the flexibility of working at three different clinics each week, bringing quality care and expertise to patients in Hartland, Brookfield, and Big Bend Road.
Key Responsibilities: The Clinic RN in the Medical Group utilizes the nursing process to deliver appropriate nursing care and procedures in the clinic setting. You'll support the practice of Dr. Mary Burnett and Eric Boehm, PA, while also being a valuable resource for the entire Allergy team, which includes Dr. Mark Nordness. The Clinic RN performs nursing acts delegated by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, and acts as a professional clinical resource for Medical Assistants, Clinic LPNs, and other ancillary professionals. This role includes data gathering and assessment, and triaging walk-in and call-in patients to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in a specialty department, particularly in Allergy & Immunology, is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent patient education and support.
- Willingness to travel between Hartland, Brookfield, and Big Bend Road clinics each week.

What You Will Do:
What You Will Need:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care clinic environment or 3-5 years clinical hospital, home care, or community health experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card through the American Heart Associate (AHA), or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Experience within a specialty medical practice is highly desirable
- Experience administering immunizations and vaccinations desirable at this time *CA #LI-JM
