Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide Gynecology and Obstetrics care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care.
- -Perform physical examinations and health assessments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about their their conditions and treatment options
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Office based procedures in GYN
Requirements:
- Valid CNM/ARNP in Florida.
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a APRN in the applicable specialty area (Obstetrics and Gynecology).
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in OB/Gyn in an office base practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (ATHENA)
- Labor and Delivery experienced (2 yrs)
- Ob/Gyn experienced (2 yrs)
PAY: Negotiable (based on clinical experience)
