Position Summary    In this part-time role (15-20 hours/week), the successful candidate will support staff by performing a variety of assignments, including office administration, reporting, event planning, marketing research, assigned project and proposal work, and onboarding tasks. Other tasks include collaborating with Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations Department heads and project managers in a respectful team environment and corresponding with many areas of our growing consulting company.   Position Qualifications

    • Experience typically acquired by a student or graduate in business management, marketing, or communications is required.  
    • Demonstrated organizational, communication, and time management skills required. 
    • Effective writing and grammar skills are required. 
    • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and can-do attitude required. 
    • Proven ability to work calmly in the face of strict deadlines and interruptions throughout the day, both independently and as a team member, required. 
    • Demonstrated capability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. 
    • Experience with social media tools (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) preferred. 
    • The ability to work virtually, with the potential need to go into the Braintree, MA office one day a week, is expected.
Additional Requirements   Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.   Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.   About PMA   At PMA, employee well-being is a daily priority.
