Position Summary
PMA is currently seeking a Junior Project Controls Scheduler for exclusive assignment to one of our largest and longest-running clients. This versatile role is inclusive of all aspects of project planning and scheduling, Project Management, and client relationship management on a wide variety of projects. In this role, you will perform a full life-cycle construction project schedule for planning, execution, control, and maintenance phases for a portfolio of capital and operational construction projects. Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
    • 1+ years of experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Experience in collaborating and resolving project issues and working independently with minimal direction required.
    • Experience with project schedule data export, databases, and customized reporting required.
    • Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 required.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform schedule reviews and ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling required.
    • Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred.
Additional Requirements   Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.   Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.   About PMA   At PMA, employee well-being is a daily priority.
