Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Must be able to work in Telemetry setting
Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring
Required Cardiovascular skills: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery
Required IV Therapy/Phlebotomy Skills: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
Required Medication skills: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration
Required Respiratory/Thoracic Skills: Care of Chronic/Long-term Ventilated Patient, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen face masks, Tracheostomy Management

Unit Details: Avg Census: 36, Rooms/Beds 36, Ratios - 1:5
Every other weekend coverage required
No Call requirement
Scrubs: Royal Blue
Patient Population: Adolescents - Geriatrics
RTO must be on the submittal
No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment
Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract

Government issued photo ID required
Emergency Contact Form required prior to start
Physical within 1 year of start required for all clinical candidates with patient contact
