    Job Details
  • 36 or 48 Hour Guarantee
  • Open to longer contracts up to 20 weeks
  • Will consider block scheduling
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: mixed MS/Tele and Intermediate patients, neuro (small population), respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical, titrating cardiac drips required and tele required; assignments could be all PCU, all MS/Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS/Tele depending on the acuity of the patients and staffing
  • Ratio / Census: Ratio: 1:4-5; Please note this unit has a high staffing ratio
  • Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
  • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

  • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH
    Schedule Information
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Floating: Yes, within facility
    Unit Specific Information
  • No Block Scheduling; assignments could be all PCU, all MS/Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS/Tele depending on the acuity of the patients and staffing

  • Major Holidays are listed
  • If one major holiday falls in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
