Description

Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS from AHA required.
• TNCC, CPN preferred.
• Candidates must have required certifications prior to submitting.

Job Details
• Proof of flu vaccination or declination required.
• Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift.
• Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home.
• 1st reference needs to be from a specialty clinician is being submitted to (needs to cover 1 yr of employment within the last 3 years).
• 2nd reference needs to be from a supervisor (charge or higher).

Job Requirements
• 1 year recent exp in specialty.
• EPIC experience, 3s/4s (no training provided).

Schedule Information
• 12-hour shifts.
• No orientations for this position, candidates must be comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.

Additional Details
• Modules marked as CORE and SPECIFIC are required.
• Charting system: Epic.
• 3 MONTH separation: Previous candidates must be approved by ministry before moving forward.
• Providence will NOT be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits.
