• NIH Stroke Certification

Job Details
• Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
• EPIC experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of RECENT/CURRENT experience
• Patient Age Group: Adults & Geriatrics
• Orientation Details: There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.
• Submitted candidates must also be submitted to Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach as they are required to float to this location.

Job Requirements
• A minimum of two (2) years of RECENT/CURRENT experience with no more than a 3-month gap in ICU experience
• AHA ACLS, BLS
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Management of multi-system organ failure
• Procedural Sedation Administration
• CVA/Acute Stroke management
• Care of Ventilated Patient
• Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions
• GI surgery experience
• Providence will NOT be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits

Schedule Information
• 12-hour shifts

Unit Specific Information
• Unit Details: MICU, SICU, Cardiac, Neuro

Additional Details
• Charting system: Epic
• Clinician's that fail to comply with flu vaccination or declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift
• Providence will NOT be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits
