Description

Supports the Company's HCM technology, HRIS and HR programs and projects. Responsible for data integrity and maintenance of human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Provides reporting and analysis, use and business cases.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides technical and functional support to internal stakeholders.
  • Defines a cross module implementation plans for all new developments which includes the goal of 100% employee usage
  • Works with internal stakeholders to map current processes, understand pain points and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through use of the Paycom solution and best practices
  • Provides frequent feedback regarding product gaps or potential new features and products
  • Participates in development, specification review and priority meetings; recommends improvements and enhancements to business leadership.
  • Presents on new system ideas and functionality to HR and business leadership.
  • Diagnoses, researches and resolves complex customer concerns and requests
  • Actively drives the company vision through the utilization of the Paycom solution
  • Identifies issues, develops and documents procedures, makes recommendations to streamline processes and ensures alignment with HR compliance.
  • Provides technical support to discovery and development of new product ideas or strategic product extensions.
  • Support Paycom's HR and development department in researching and troubleshooting module specific system issues.
  • Participates in analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of product development.
  • Collects and classifies new product idea through multi-module system pilots.
  • Captures specifications for product requirements and functionality.
  • Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developments
  • Remains knowledgeable of HCM and technology trends in the market, makes recommendations for business case as needed.


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IS, IT, Human Resources, Business or related field

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in related field (i.e. HRIS, Payroll, IT, etc)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • PHR or SHRM certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification 

Experience:

  • 1+ years of project coordination or project management
  • 3+ years of Paycom system or other HCM systems

Skills/Abilities:

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Technical aptitude and expertise
  • Must be organized and have good time management skills
  • Ability to develop reports and analyze data accurately and thoroughly
  • Must be able to complete work within given deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
  • Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to present to a group and consult effectively one-on-one
