Description
The purpose of this position is to provide a support role to the Software Development Director and Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director of Software Development and Development Managers in accomplishing administrative tasks such as:
- Building Reports in Excel to analyze development progress
- Building presentations in PowerPoint to showcase development items released
- Managing the gathering and scanning/electronic storing of testing documentation
- Assisting in audits to gather required documentation to satisfy the audit
- Building and maintaining project plans to assist the development group in completing large projects
- Maintaining staffing spreadsheets to analyze performance metrics are being met
- Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Well organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer Friendly Attitude
