Description

Patricia C. McCormack, M.D., FAAD Adult and Pediatric Dermatology, a small, privately-owned practice in multiple locations including Linden, NJ, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ and Staten Island, NY, is seeking a hard-working, dedicated and experienced Dermatologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, injections, cryotherapy, and laser treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
  • Educate patients on preventive skin care and provide guidance on managing chronic skin conditions.
  • Assist in cosmetic dermatology procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
  • Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Stay current with advancements in dermatology and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  • Full Time or Part Time, Flexible Schedule including Nights and Weekends if Desired.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure in both New Jersey and New York.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology.
  • Proficiency in dermatologic procedures and cosmetic dermatology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
