Certification Details
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required
• Additional Certifications: PALS, NRP preferred but not required depending on unit specifics
• RNs to complete modules prior to start date

Job Details
• Start date: 8/20
• 26 weeks preferred
• 2 years experience required
• Ratios: 1:6 patient ratio experience required
• Weekend requirement: Every other
• Float required: Yes (within scope)
• No block scheduling allowed
• RTO Parameters: RTO is no more than 10 days and will require an additional 2 weeks to the assignment. No RTO during the first or last week of assignment. Blackout dates: NO March and May RTO accepted at this time.

• Must be Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week)

Job Requirements
• Years experience required: 2 years
• Ratios: 1:6 patient ratio experience required
• Float required: Yes (within scope)
• No locals – must be greater than 30 miles from facility
• Floating required. Rapid Response team experience required. Total joints experience required.

Schedule Information
• Weekend requirement: Every other
• No block scheduling allowed
• Open to accommodating block schedule: No
• Every other weekend work required

• 3 call outs results in termination
• Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period

• Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date
