Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through various sources such as databases, online research, and networking.
- Make outbound calls and send emails daily to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads and determine their interest and suitability for our offerings.
Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about our products/services, pricing, and features.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
Sales Process Management:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation efforts and promotional activities.
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative personality with strong motivational drive.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook (Email and Calendar).
- Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with team members, guests and clients.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle paperwork, pick up telephone, type on a computer, etc.
