Summary of Job Description:

The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Program is responsible for planning and executing recruitment initiatives to build a strong pipeline of Operations candidates within assigned Zone(s). This role utilizes diverse sourcing channels, including educational institutions, affinity groups, and diversity organizations. This role includes designing and implementing scalable talent acquisition programs, such as leadership development, internships, Co-ops, Apprenticeships while enhancing the Associate Value Proposition. The Supervisor establishes and maintains external relationships to position Panda as an employer of choice. This position supervises other Talent Acquisition associates.


You'll get a chance to:

  • Design and oversee talent acquisition programs (e.g., leadership development, internships, Co-ops, Apprenticeships, etc.) to build a robust pipeline of Operations candidates.
  • Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition processes, systems, and programs that enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Create, manage, and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support the recruiting needs of the assigned Zone(s) as necessary.
  • Lead requirements definition, process design, and continuous optimization of the Talent Acquisition (TA) solution set, including the ATS and other tools.
  • Mentor and develop Program Management associates within the Talent Acquisition team to enhance their recruitment expertise.
  • Drive training and change management plans as TA systems and processes evolve, ensuring smooth execution by Talent Acquisition partners and hiring leaders.
  • Establish and maintain external networks with educational institutions, diversity organizations, and affinity groups to position Panda as an employer of choice.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating RFPs and establishing new vendor partnerships to enhance talent acquisition technology.
  • Supervise other Talent Acquisition associates, including training, guiding, and developing the associates to elevate their performance.
  • Work with senior leadership on recruitment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, technology, and user adoption by working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Track project execution and measure improvements in key metrics to assess the impact of process enhancements.
  • Lead or participate in special projects related to Talent Acquisition as needed.

Your background and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree required in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of talent acquisition operations or related experience, with a deep understanding of business processes and technology in large organizations, preferably at a restaurant/retail/hospitality organization or supporting high volume recruiting; supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: M1 $90,000 - $126,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
