Summary of Job Description:
The Restaurant Technology Administrator actively participates in the implementation and administration of Restaurant Technology systems to support business operations and growth. Responsibilities include configurating, troubleshooting, and quality controlling these systems. This position implements program changes and new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals. The Restaurant Technology Administrator contributes to managing system stability, providing training and support to technical teams and partners and analyzing service incident trends for improving restaurant operations.
You'll get a chance to:
- Participate in implementation of Restaurant Technology systems and roadmaps to support business operations and new business opportunities.
- Participate in quality controlling and maintaining Restaurant Technology systems and integrations with other systems, including third-party applications and data warehouse.
- Maintain, test, and release program changes and new feature sets to restaurant technology systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Work on configuration and system update requests.
- Contribute to Restaurant Technology system stability to ensure service incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner per team and department service level agreement.
- Provide training and support to technical support team, business partners, and Operations teams.
- Monitor and analyze service incident trends and recommends solutions to improve restaurant operations.

Qualifications - External
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IS or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum three years of IS experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
