Summary of Job Description:

The Remodel Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating projects for the department to include Remodels/Refresh and Roll Out projects and any other special assigned projects.  This position coordinates Remodels/ equipment roll-outs to meet Operations deadlines.  The Remodel Project Specialist maintains vendor contract information for use by Construction team.  This position performs a variety of special projects and programs to enhance the efficiency of the department.


You'll get a chance to:

  • Oversee equipment ordering, planning, and scheduling for all Remodel/Refresh projects, working closely with various departments and vendors/business partners, etc.
  • Oversee equipment roll-outs across related functions to meet Operations & Construction deadlines. 
  • Manage vendors database to ensure all vendors information is up-to-date and in compliance.
  • Perform a variety of special projects as requested by Restaurant Development Directors and initiates programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the department.  
  • Create procedural training guides from improved processes and trains others in enhanced, more efficient process.

Your background and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with course work in business and accounting
  • Minimum three years of facilities-related experience 
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
