Summary of Job Description:
The Decentralized Learning Trainer position is responsible for delivering training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations associates. This position assists in the planning, organizing, tracking, as well as the content creating for all DLD training courses, both in the field and at Support Center. This position also assists with providing feedback on participant performance.
You'll get a chance to:
- Deliver training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations associates.
- Deliver training materials for GO, UOP, all field training and special seminars.
- Stay current on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in DLD offerings.
- Apply participant feedback and offers recommendations to enhance delivery and course content.
- Present information in courses using a variety of instructional techniques and formats in order to ensure the information is understood and absorbed by participants.
- Assist in evaluating performance of GO and field training class participants and provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.
- Provide support for SC associate meeting sessions, preparing training content, to build relationships between SC associates and Operations.
- Develop training materials and videos as needed and supports planning for new and existing training programs.
- Work closely with DLD Administrators and Learning Specialists to plan, organize, and track the training classes.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in developing and delivering training in retail/hospitality operations environment, may include Operations experience § Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field

- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P2: $33.00 - $46.50 / Hour
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
