Responsibilities + Duties:

- Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience.

- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.

- Support Bartenders with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.

- Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner.

- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down.

- Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner.

- Keep updated check in front of guests at all times.

- Learn something new everyday.


Qualifications + Skills:

- Previous bartending experience preferred

- Fun and friendly

- Courteous and professional with guests and coworkers

- Coachable with ability to apply feedback

- Strong communicator and active listener

- Able to work nights and weekends

- 21 years or older, with beer and alcohol pouring experience

- TAM Card previous to starting

- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed


Pay Range: $11.25 - 14.25 / Hour


ADA Statement:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
